urr so
lately i’ve been having trouble sleeping. it’s been about…like 2-3 weeks actually. i do tend to screw up my sleeping schedule when it’s summer, but wOW, this is the worst it’s ever been for me. at least before i actually got some sleep but now…every day just runs together for me. i’m not sure if it’s just plain insomnia or something else....
